2. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Customized uniforms, accessories, and clearance sale items are non-returnable.

Refund Process:

• Approval: If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Rejected Returns: If the item fails inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer.

3. Exchange Policy

We allow size exchanges for school uniforms within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Customers bear the shipping costs for exchanges.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
